You will complete a form to initiate your online access account with Gate Sentry.  This will create your username and password,  and you will add and remove guests from the convenience of your electronic device (computer, tablet, and/or smartphone). The form can be found on this website under Documents – New Homeowner Forms or contact the Canopy Club Front Desk at 904-436-5118.  Upon completion, please submit the form to the Canopy Club Front Desk.

To Request Warranty Service:

Please submit all warranty requests to Pulte through email at jaxwarranty@pulte.com.

Business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm.  If you are unable to email, you may leave a message at 904-363-0482.

To Report a Warranty Emergency After-Hours:  If your situation is an emergency, please call 866-744-8753.  The after-hours representative will be able to assist you in contacting the appropriate vendor to schedule emergency service.  Response times for emergency services depends on the contractor availability.
