Classifieds

Only goods and items will be posted in the classifieds. Personal services and advertisements are prohibited. The classified posting must include a method for the buyer/seeker to contact you. You are responsible for spelling and grammar within your classified post. The classified posting will be active once approved by management. Once approved, the posting will be live for 30 calendar days. If the good/item is sold prior to 30 days, please notify Management: canopyclub@fsresidential.com. The communication between you and the buyer/seeker must be direct. The HOA, Developer, and Management will not be the communication liaison. The HOA, Developer, and Management reserve the right to deny and/or remove a classified posting at any time. The nature of the sale between you and the buyer is your responsibility. If there is a dispute of any kind, such as payment, quality, delivery, communication, etc., the HOA, Developer, and Management has no responsibility to you or the buyer for any conflict. Failure to comply with the above may result in permanent suspension of classified postings.
