Gate Sentry Application

Gate Sentry is the app used at DW Nocatee to manage visitor access at our community’s security gates. It allows residents to quickly add guests from their phones, ensuring a smooth check-in when they arrive. At the gate, staff can confirm visitors in just a few seconds, helping reduce wait times and keeping entry efficient and secure.

Gate Sentry is a simple modern process - giving residents an easy way to manage visitors and helping our community maintain accurate records of who enters the neighborhood.

Gatehouse Information

  1. Add your guest or vendor to your list along with an email or cell phone number. 
  2. Guest will receive a 5-digit guest code via text message from Gate Sentry
  3. At the visitor gate, the vendor or guest will scan the QR  code located beside the front door of the gatehouse.  This will open the Virtual Keypad. 
  4. Your guest will enter their 5-digit code into the virtual keypad and press open.
  5. You will receive an arrival notification it will be logged in your history.

  1. Log in to your Gate Sentry app
  2. Tap the “Virtual Key” button
  3. Tap Main Gate and resident gate will open
  4. You must be in the vicinity of the gate to open.  Guests and vendors are not to use the virtual gate unless you are riding in the vehicle with them.

Register on Your Phone

  1. Open the registration email sent by Gate Sentry and click Create your account.  
  2. Confirm your address from the list.  

Once your account is active, you can:

  • Add guests and vendors
  • Create a QR code for your guest, which they will receive via text message 
  • Manage your guest list
  • Receive visitor notifications
  • Update your contact information
